40 man Rosters not filled, no secondary rosters or waivers in MLB Quickstart

You may find that when using the MLB Quickstart with the latest patch 9.0.27 that none of the teams have any players on their 40 man rosters.

To get round this issue, you need to do the following

1. Go into Game Setup, and then along to League Setup
2. Make sure Major League is selected on the left, and then click the Rules tab.
3. Set the secondary roster size to 40 players.
4. Set Waiver Period to 3 days
5. Turn on Minor League Options and Rule 5 Draft
6. From the functions button at the bottom of the screen, choose "Set all Computer Controlled Teams to allow AI Roster Changes"
7. Sim one day and all the 40 man rosters should be filled.
