Quick FTP Question

I run a league online and upload the HTML via an zip file. Once its up there I use my browser to go through my hosting service then open the browser FTP and unpack the zip.

This is a long process.

Is there a better way to tell the file to unpack?

The FTP clients I use do not have that option as far as I can tell, I use both Mac and PC.

Any help would be fantastic!

That might be a question better asked of your web host - they may have a better solution that the on you're using.
