How 2 Videos?

Good Morning Ladies & Gentlemen,
I am new to the whole running a league/being a commissioner thing and wanted to know if there are any videos to help me?
Maybe on YouTube? Maybe we could have all of the links posted somewhere just in case there are others who need help or are like me; visual creatures?
If there is already a forum for this I apologize for making a post. If there is could the link be placed here?

If you're talking about the game basics, the only ones I know about are here and are for ootp 13:

If your question pertains to mods, there are none that I know of.
