Creating a new utlitity

Guys,

I've been toying with the idea of creating a new utiility for OOTP 13 that did some more advanced stuff that I've always wanted to do with the data that OOTP exports. However, I'd rather not do it solely by myself if I can help it.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Joe and I'm a Ruby/JS developer who has a lot of experience build RoR and Sinatra apps and have recently built some JS MVC stuff with Backbone and Ember.js.

I am the co-founder of this and I used to work for these guys.

I'd be looking for a couple of people who are familiar with these technologies, I'm not looking for ninjas or anything like that, in fact, in exchange for your time I'd be happy to pair program with you to teach you more about RoR or JS or HTML/CSS as a thank you.

I'm also looking for someone who can do design, while I am very capable of taking PSD and converting them to HTML, the original designs are something that I suck at.
