Phantom Trade

Finished my first season with the red wings. Simmed from june 30th to July 1st, came back to realize that my team somehow traded away Pavel Datsyuk and a 2nd round pick to NYI for Sean Backman?.. i have myself in control of trades and trade reactions, so i think this may be some sort of bug.

Did you press "setup organization" at some point?

I had a similar thing happen to me as well. Simmed past July 1st as the Panthers and notices Tyler Seguin had magically appeared on my roster (before FA officially started). I couldnt see anyone that had left my team.

Is this a common thing with players randomly switching teams during that time period?

I've had this happen a couple of times -- I think the function is that if you somehow don't respond to a trade within 15 days, it'll automatically accept.

Can anyone confirm?
