March 13 Database Update crash

Hey,

I downloaded the March 13 Database Update and overwrote the existing files. When i start a new game I come to the manager setup menu where I choose a name on my manager.
However, when I go to the drop down menu to choose league I can't for some reason. The only tab that works when I click on them is the NHL.
Unfortunately the screen goes all white when I click on the NHL tab and I can't choose any team in the NHL either i.e. I cant play with the database update.

Are you in historic mode? Which build version are you using?

I'm not in historical mode and I use the original build version...
