raptor99 Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Mar 2013 Posts: 23	Salary Cap in historical mode Playing historical mose and trying to sim 1960-61. Before the season starts the Leafs exceed the salary cap and the game does not permit going past this. What is the trick to turning off the salary cap?
