Still a bug in Swe Relegation

The relegation teams are mixed with KHL teams? There are no teams from Allsvenskan. Seems like the Relegation is linked to the KHL instead of the Allsvenskan.

The teams are actually coming from the Russian junior league, but I can't see any reason in the database for that to be happening - it should be Swedish Division 1 teams getting promoted. I'll get Malte to investigate.
