This is the modified English.xml file for use with TTS (Text to Speech). OOTP Patch 5 must be applied for this file to work properly.

it is just amazing to me that in 14 years NOTHING has been done with TTS and pbp....all old mods are long gone
seems like ootpb is going belly up
