9.59 - Historical - Error! Could not create game folder!

Every time I try to create a historical game, I get a "Error! Could not create game folder!" message.

Found a workaround... If I reinstall the game I can get one historical or custom game started. After I start the H or C game I then can't start a new one without reinstalling the game again.
