Beginner's Question: Schools

Hi everyone,
I'm customizing some schools in the game for the first time, and they didn't load for me with this year draft. I assume there is some sort of re-importing process. Can someone who's done this let me know the steps for this?

Did you set them up as feeder leagues?

No feeders on this. Just looking to update some schools for the draft screens.
