Can I still get photos and logos?

I'm picking up the game after a long absence and am trying in advance to figure out pictures and logos. I am wondering whether anyone still maintains sites for player pictures, user-created logos (can they me used at all in the licensed edition?) and the like. I also wonder where they would go in the game's new directories.

I also wonder if I can put these things on different drives than the one I installed the game on. I have a pair of SSD drives, but only at 120GB eash, I also have a 2TB internal drive where my Steam library lives, and several external drives. I was wondering whether I could keep the game on one drive and its data on another, or whether they must all be on the same drive.

As far as getting mods, the best place for that used to be OOTPmods.com but for some reason the site has been offline for weeks. I just e-mailed the administrator to ask him what's up.

I cannot find the logo creator, but there are tons of made logos, caps, and jerseys on here.
