Unlimited Shop Players during certain times

On the day of the trade deadline and at the beginning of winter meetings, I get messages about how all the GMs are working so hard to make all of these deals. However, I can still only shop my players around 3 times a day. This should be changed to unlimited during these times.

Seriously. Also no restrictions on trade sizes.
