How do I get OOTP17 to work on my Razer Laptop?

I have downloaded it and installed the game. However my native resolution is 3200X1800 so when the game starts up it is unplayable as it uses a much lower native resolution. Any work around?

You can change resolution after you load a game under File and then select Settings in the drop down.

My workaround was to set the entire laptop to use a different screen resolution, but I can see how that's an issue for you.
