Pitching/Hitting Coaches Focus?

Hi there,

I have a quick question which I'd love answering as it does not specify in the manual.

How exactly do Pitching and Hitting Coaches Focus work?

So for example my Hitting Coach is Contact Focused, does that mean he'll work better with contact orientated hitters or will improve the contact of all my hitters?

I've searched the forums and have yet to find an official answer.

I used to think it was the latter, but if you look at the "Relationships" tab under a coach's profile page, it says something like this: "As a hitting coach who has a focus on Power, Don Pierce has a greater influence on the following players who match his style:", with a list of power hitters. So I think it is definitely the former; they have more influence on players who match their style. Also, on the profile page itself, it says, "Don Pierce is able to excel when working with power hitters". Not that Don Pierce is able to improve power.
