AIO 2016 question

I've downloaded this in Steam through the Workshop but how do you start to use this mod?

Go back to Workshop Central through the OOTP Main Menu. Click on the AIO mod. In the right pane is a link to install the mod. (You may have to scroll down to see it.)

And, because this is the one blemish on the AiO mod, here's the instructions on how to fix the HOF plaques. make sure to do this before you start a game, otherwise the HOF screen will use baseball cards instead of the plaques.

How do you get this on steam? It's not showing up for me on the workshop

You have to subscribe to the AIO. Go to Workshop Central, then hit the Open Workshop button, you'll probably have to show all workshop files, click on the AIO, and there should be green button to subscribe. Then Steam will download the mod and you should see it in your Workshop Central (you might have to Reload List). It's downloaded, but not installed. There should be a link below the text that says "This item is downloaded, click here to install".

When I click "Open Workshop" I get a screen with the hotfixes and updates that have been added and discussions, nothing about addons or the workshop itself..
