Player Picture Won't Update Uniform

Sorry for all the questions lately. I'm running an expansion draft going into the year 2017. So far I've drafted Cole Hamels, Derek Norris and Asdrubal Cabrera. I've got my Expos uniforms loaded but for some reason only Asdrubal Cabrera is showing up in those new jerseys. Don't know if this would have any baring on the issue but Hamels and Norris were both traded to different teams in the 2016 sim year. So Hamels currently has a Royals jersey and Norris has an Astros.

I've tried going to Game>Players&Facegen and clicking Major League Specific facegen Functions. There's an update/generate player pictures option but it is grayed out and won't let me click.
