Changing Ratings Style
Is there a way for me to switch from the ratings showing up as stars to just stats only during the season, or do I need to start over and make a new one?

You can change at any time, just by going into the settings menu and changing things around. I haven't done this recently so this might have changed but if memory serves old scouting ratings do stick around, so watch out for that...
