How can I create Players in OOTP 17?

How can I create Players in OOTP 17? Thanks in advance!

go to the free agents page. on the far right, in the drop down menu> create fictional player.

if you want to edit his name, age etc ... write the created name down and then do a search for him. then you can edit just about whatever you want or need.

(i'd be more specific on the go to free agents page, but i'm not on my game computer ...)
