No general settings in mlb manager 16

In the 2016 version you could adjust trading difficulty, ratings scales, etc. That option is no longer there. Why take it away?

I started a fictional league with a fantasy draft. I'm about to start the inaugural draft. When I click on that I get options for manager, league, and team. That's it. This bug should have been found in beta.

Thats not a bug. When a special event happens, it will show instead of the Settings. Move a day and the Settings are back.

So that means that I can't customize the ratings before the fantasy draft? This makes no sense.

Just change it after you are done with the draft, should be no big deal.
