world_default editing question

I'm adding Great Britain to the game and consolidating it's territories the same way the United States is treated.

My question is in regards to use_name =. I'm not quite sure what the 1 and 0 delineate. I'm sure it has something to do with which countries nameset is used or possibly mixing both countries. Anyone know for sure?

I can't find any "use_name=1" in the world default file. What are you referring to?

It's there, try searching just for use_name...
