Game does not allow me to make relegation league

I have started as a historical league and transferred the save from OOTP18 and decided now that I want to have a relegation league. I have create a league and put the desired teams in it as well as creating an association for the two leagues and set the financials as desired. Now the game can not advance a single day without crashing.

If you are experiencing crashes, please send us the league files (http://support.ootpdevelopments.com/...p-developments) and we can investigate what is happening.

Where do I upload it and how do I submit a support ticket?

There are instructions on uploading in my sig. You can also just upload to Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link here if that's easier.
