Crash when trying to manually lift goalie
I'm on v 5.2.36, running on a PC (win 10) and playing standard games.
Here's the scenario - with a few mins left to play, I hit stop, go into "Lines" "Special" and remove my goalie. I then hit play to resume the game. The panel on the right of the screen shows that my net is empty.... and then the game crashes. I checked this out in FHM3 and when I do the equivalent there a msg pops up saying that I haven't set my goalie and this forces me to put him back in - but at least the game doesn't crash. Maybe I'm trying to do something manually which the game doesn't allow (perhaps I should just rely on the automatic "lift goalie" options). However, FHM3 handles this elegantly and avoids a crash. What do you think ? |

I suspect what happened there was a change made to avoid crashes when a skater was put in goal; the warning message may have gone out at that point. We'll have to add it back - although this does give me an idea on how to handle manual goalie pulling. Might see if that's easier to do, instead.

It would be good if you could come up with a way of allowing manual goalie pulls. It would make the last 5 mins of a game super-exciting ..... or not
