Lower-level World Championships are too long

In my first season and it looks like the World Championships aren't quite working correctly.

Division 1 (both groups) and Division 2 (Group A only) seem to be playing 10 games; Division 2 Group B had one team (last-placed Turkey) play the right number of matches, but the rest seemed to somehow squeeze in double that. Division 3 played the right number of matches.

Also, while I'm at it: on the World Ranking list, the national team of Great Britain has the wrong flag next to it (it's currently the English flag).

Not getting that in my current test, all the levels seem to be playing 5 games. What version was that game started in? I'm wondering if a fix to the top-level WC in the last update may have corrected the other ones as well.

England-GB flag thing has been on the to-fix list for a while, not sure why it's different there when it works properly on the other GB team screens.

This is in 5.3, Build 39. It seems to only be affecting the men's tournaments; the junior tournaments are playing the right number of matches.
