Custom Leagues Trading

I'm pretty sure is a very silly question but I don't want to make a mistake before starting the league.

If I "check" trading will be NHL based system, correct? Player x Player?
If I uncheck trading should be European based system? Money/contract like other sports, correct?

I don't know why I'm very confused about this now.

Trading on will get NHL-style trading, but there's actually a separate setting to enable European-style transfers. I'm not sure why that's not visible/editable right now, I'll see if it's possible to add that to the editable options without causing problems.

Oh ok, so what should I do then?
I have created a custom league in Europe so I would like to use that trading system, not NHL one.

It isn't possible to use transfers with a custom league right now, so you'd either have to have NHL-style trading or nothing at all.
