Historical Transactions

Is there a text file or some readable format for the Historical Transactions?
Sometimes it is nice to know what is going to happen in a league before January 1 hits.

If you go to the League Transactions screen, you can see all the transactions scheduled to occur during the calendar year. Look for the Historical Transactions tab.

But doesn't that show up when you hit JAN 1 and execute every setting for JAN 1 immediately? Maybe something external so you can manually chose what ones need to be done by hand, or not JAN 1 or later.
