Auction House bug

A couple of hours ago I clicked on the "Buy Now" button for a Frank Howard card. My pp disappeared, Frank disappeared, and I never got Frank. I have checked several times, restarted game multiple times, no Frank and no pp back.

What makes this bad is this is the second time this has happened. I am now out 2000 pp total on two different bids. The shame is I was really liking Perfect Team, even to the point of maybe throwing a little money at it.

Any ideas what is going on?

Did you check to make sure they didn't wind up in the Inactive Card list?

It’s possible he was put in your inactive roster (as opposed to your Reserve Roster). Did you go to the Player Management screen and then click on Manage Roster and then look for him in the list on the right side of the screen? There are circumstances where a winning auction places the card you won there.

I have checked reserve and inactive rosters multiple times. He's not there, and the pp is gone.

What does your transactions history show?

It shows nothing about either of the bids where this happened.

He needs the account name that you use to login for Perfect Team on the OOTP start screen.

I don't see any involvement of your team in a Frank Howard card auction.
In roughly the time frame you said I only see two quickbuys of a Pollock and a Sauer card.

If we should take a more deeply look into this pm me.

I figured it out I think. I believe what happened is I clicked on Sauer when I thought I was clicking on Howard. I didn't even realize Sauer was on my team until late last night. I suffer with a chronic disease that is slowly destroying my vision. Almost 19 years of this has taken it's toll. I must sincerely apologize to you devs and community members for bothering you. I am truly sorry. As for the first bid where I lost about 1200 pp, I have no idea what happened but it likely was my fault too.
