Bringing in New Name Sets

How do I bring in new/updated name sets into a new league. I started a fictional league, all the Canadian player names are not common names in Canada. They are more like Indian, Middle Eastern, African, I may have messed up big time this time. If I reimport Version 20.4 Build 40 will things be better if I start a new game?

You can reimport a names file.

Do I have to start a new game or will reimporting straighten out the names in my existing save?

You can reimport from one of the settings screens.
