Player Adjustment

Is there anything that can be done to speed up a player's adjustment to a new team? I have seen Euro players in the top tier for 2-3 years. Canadian players in the middle tier for the same amount of time. How long does it take to adjust to a new team? They are skating and practicing with the same guys for 2 years and they can't adjust? Am I doing something wrong? It sounds like I'm yelling but I'm really not. I just don't understand. Any help would be much appreciated.

Nothing you can do, it's entirely up to the player. But I think we'll tone down the effect slightly in FHM6, since it overlaps a bit with language difficulties on a new team and we've added new effects for that (and you can counteract those a bit by bringing in players who speak his language(s).)
