Import players going to other teams

Hey,

So I traded for the top 3 available Q picks in my league and both the guys I took went to the team who the pick originally belonged to. No I wasted assets on the import pick and am now spending more for the Euro player! Why did this happen?

Did you check players preferences ? Maybe they have college or europe as their junior preference...that could be reason why they didnt sign with you.
