Trade settings ?

It's been a couple of game that I started and I can't never seems to get any trade offer ? Is there a setting that I need to change at some point ? Im playing Standard Game in Commissionner mode.

Do you have anyone on the trade block? Because if not, that would be the first thing you need to do.
