If I sign a Type A to a minor league deal ,

Do I lose picks

Does the team losing the FA gain picks

If I sign the FA to a minor deal and promote to majors

Do I lose picks

If you can sign a Type A FA to a minor league deal, delete the game and reinstall.

This is an online league and some type A, just don’t get offers because other players don’t want to lose picks.

I’m just trying to find a loop hole

Oh, OK, because I can't imagine a situation where some AI team won't sign every Type A. Suggest you have a unique situation and when you find out it will be new knowledge.
