Bad feature of new duplicate list

All of my duplicates are inactive
Only display duplicates is checked and only display inactive cards is NOT.
There are two types of behavior

If the duplicate has a locked card, when I click to activate it changes to "reserve roster". That's good, but

If neither duplicate is locked, then clicking on activate appears to do nothing. The card is still listed as inactive. What happens is the card you activated is on the reserve roster and the other inactive card takes its place. So, if you want to do something with the card you activated, like check the AH, you have to switch back to the reserve roster, then come back and do the next card etc....

Recommended behavior: clicking on an inactive duplicate that has no locked companion card should change to "reserve roster" and stay on the duplicates page.
