I won a tournament (ID: Q-Open-Cap-1625-Bo7-T32-ID82) It tells me I won 4 regular packs, but they're not in my account. Thanks

Can you please double check the tournament name and get back to me? Did you win it with your Biggleton team? I do not see you as winning the Q-Open-Cap-1625-Bo7-T32-ID82 tournament according to our records.

Hello. Finished 2nd in Q-Iron-Bo7-T32-ID2098 and only received one package.Pretty sure this happened once before too.Is there any way to check?
