tournament sims not prompting download

Was in semi-finals of the Thursday Super Cap, streaming it for hours. All of a sudden, the game download wouldn't prompt. It went all the way to the next game simulation without prompting download. I was left with an awkward "what do I do?" while trying to maintain streaming content for my viewers. Eventually I just ended the stream with no conclusion and the tournament still in limbo, as I had been fighting with the game for almost 30 minutes.

It is imperative that the games download within a reasonable time frame (1-3 minutes). Ideally, they would always download at exactly the same time to provide a consistent user experience.

It isn't just annoying, I need to be able to micro-manage my teams between games. I need to be able to download the game, watch the highlights and still have time to manage the team. As it was, I was unable to manage my team and may well have lost because of it.
