Crazy transactions over and over

Hello. I am playing the 2020 season in Manager only mode. What I've noticed is that the GM is recalling and sending down the same players over and over again in a matter of days. Sometimes in a single day, the GM will recall/send down a pair (or group) of players, only to reverse the same transaction the same day or the next day. This goes on frequently. I will repost this in the bug section also. so please forgive the duplication.

It's not a bug AFAIK

Its AI having a seizure over similar numbers. The AI in this game has always had a problem with "numbers" and the players - if you are rebuilding, the AI GM will sell off VALUABLE pieces for one and two star prospects... maddening to be sure!

If you are in "win now" mode the AI is likely to commit Hari-Kari with your budget for overpriced veterans, especially pitching!

AI GM's chase that elusive Holy Grail of skill numbers or predictions of AI Scouts... I don't know if they/you can ever control that function, because a 52 batting skill with a 70 projection will sit in AAA under the control of an AI GM, while the same AI GM leaves a 44/44 hitter on your bench... I know that feeling which is why I usually play as GM and watch my AI Manager screw up instead.

I would go with a bug report personally. There's been a long-time issue with players being waived and re-signing on the same day, and then the next day, and then the next day, lather, rinse, repeat...It's not exactly the same thing, but it's similar enough that I'd have them look into it. The AI can get a little weird sometimes, and these are two examples. I use unlimited reserve rosters with all my random debuts, but some folks really want the minor leagues in their games. YMMV

There is a fix from previous versions and that is to remove roster limits on your lowest minor league level. I never have the problem, but admittedly use only AAA, AA, and A minor league levels.
