Player development in the minors
I've seen some threads describing how you can influence player development including training them at specific positions. I'm not clear on how you do this as I've not seen any player options where you can influence their overall development other than employing the right personnel.
Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance! |

Have them at the right level is important
A good development budget There's a thread called something like So-and-so's Minor League guide that has a lot of information. I don't know how useful it is To train them at different position you can go to player strategies and force start them at different positions so they gain experience |

Also... if using coaches... pick ones that fit your overall organization plan... and have good development attributes

Go to player strategy and use the option to force start at a particular position.
