Can't Switch Twitch

I tried to switch my twitch to a different team and got an error that said the there was already a team linked. When I checked the twitch connections, the time there seemed to indicate the connection was made in the previous 15 seconds, so I figured it was okay. I should add that I had disconnected from the twitch drops and logged out of the user name before I began this process. The next time there was a stream I got no drops. I went through the process again, but got the same message. I disconnected and logged out. but this time I went back to the team that had been there before (and had gotten drops). This time the link was successful and the drops worked last night. I tried to switch again this morning and got the unsuccessful link message, indicating there was a link in place, so I switched back one more time and was successful.

I did not have trouble switching between the two before. Has something come up in recent days?
