Password reset issue - No reset email when requested

Hi. I just got the new version of OOTP and decided to check out perfect team. It was late at night and I guess I don't remember my PW correctly when I tried to login again.

I have tried for 2 days to use the password reset option but I never get the reset email.

The option will only allow me to request a reset password request once a day. I waited and tried my 2nd request today but still have not received an email and now have to wait another 24 hours to request again.

Just trying to figure out what I can do to reset my password and be able to log in for the perfect team and challenge mode.
