Playing in God mode?

Been a while since I've played OOTP...hopping back into it.

My goal is to play in "God" mode -- I control everything that happens in the universe. However, for game history, I don't want my name to be the only GM/manager in the history books.

Right now, I have not been hired by any team.

So, is the right League Action:
a) Set All Teams to Not Allow AI Roster Changes

b) Set All Teams to be Controlled by Me

IIRC, I think it's a) as b) will put my identify in the GM spot of each team.

Am I right?

I believe you are correct. If you set all teams to Controlled by Me, it will fire all of the other GMs and managers.

I made that mistake once. Had to revert to a backup.

Yep. That's right.

I'm now fighting with the app to create players the way I want them... apparently the Player Quality option in "Create Fictional Player" doesn't do anything...at least not for me. I can't find anything about it in the very outdated manual, and when I try to create a "Legend" player, I get random results ... even players with 20/20 ratings (100% scouting accuracy).

Ugh... for as much as this game lets you customize, it makes it way too HARD to actual do some things.
