How to create a Fictional MLB League with old MiLB Structure?

As the title says, how do I create a fictional league with the pre-2021 minor league alignment post-patch? It was possible to do so before version 22.7.61 added the current MiLB alignment. Is there a certain combinations of buttons I can press to create such a league or do I have to create the entire structure from scratch?

When I got 22 and created a new universe I set the minor leagues back to where they were. While not difficult, it was very time consuming and required me having a lot of notes jotted down so I knew what team went where. All of the logos and uniforms were still there so that made it a little easier. If you're willing to invest the time you can rebuild the minors manually as there is no other option as far as I can tell.

If you have OOTP 21 could one use it to create the league and then transfer it to 22?
