Wrong game summary
I just played a game and when the game finished, the game summary that came up was for the game played the previous day, not for the game I had just played.
To be more specific, I'm running the Twins in a standard MLB league and played a game on May 30, 2022. I won the game 9-8, but Luis Arraez got injured, so I put him on the injured list and brought up Royce Lewis to replace him. In the game on May 31, 2022, I also won 7-3. Lewis didn't start, but he did pinch hit late in the game and drove in a run with a single in his first MLB plate appearance. As I mentioned above, when the game on the 31st finished, the game summary from the game on May 30th came up. I noticed right away that the score was wrong and quickly confirmed that things weren't right when I saw Arraez in the starting lineup, replaced by a pinch runner in the middle of the game (when he got injured in the game on the 30th). After I closed the game out, I checked the standings and I did get credit for the win on the 31st. When I check team stats, it does have Lewis with one at bat, one hit, one RBI, etc. The result of the game does appear on the schedule and I can look at the correct game summary by clicking on it, so there doesn't seem to be any problem with the game not being counted correctly, just that it brought up the wrong summary. As a note, I don't think I've applied the latest patch yet - I see version 22.9 build 76. |
