Tested this a few times. If you get a deal accepted and go in to discuss again, you are able to adjust the Salary Retained and the AI and Trade will always be able to be finalized.

Yeah, looks like the retained salary option isn't registering as a change to the trade that deactivates the "finalize" choice, we'll get that fixed.
