Does anyone else have trouble reading tutorials?

For some reason when starting a tutorials game or clicking on the tutorials icon, I cannot read it. It looks transparent. Do I have a setting wrong?

The green background is transparent. If you're using the Classic or Light Skin they are almost impossible to read. Supposedly this will be fixed soon.

I just bought OOTP 24 and this still is an issue.
