Signature help

I came across the signature thread in the PT22 forums and tried using that web address. However each time I try to use it, I get a message saying that the file is too large. PT22 was my first year and so I want to be able to show off my team. Everything in the settings is on that needs to be on. Thanks!

I just found your post. I guess there's no signature image for PT23.

I had the same issue. Emailed support and they weren't able to help.

The maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
