How Do I Create Walk Up Music?

I haven't played with .WAV files in ages and in some cases they are .ogg now. How do i create walk up music or Is someone willing to create some walk up music for me?

I know I want The Game by Motorhead I at least want that 3rd part.
It's time to play the game
Time to play the game! Hahaha

It's all about the game and how you play it.
All about control and if you can take it.
All about your debt and if you can pay it.
It's all about pain and who's gonna make it.
