Won a bid for a card - card doesn't appear

I won a bid on a card and its not in my roster management or list of cards? What gives? Anyone know how to find or correct this? (Is the first time I placed a buy bid on a player and won- prior I just did the 'buy now; so it may just be something I haven't learned yet?)

Check your transaction history to make sure that you actually won the card. Placing your bid shows up as a transaction in the history since you are setting aside PPs for the potential purchase. Next I would check if you have any filters on your card listing (duplicates only, non-live only, etc). Finally I would log out and log back in.

Great and detailed advice. It popped up 7 hours later.
Your 1st bit of advice was the accurate one: The seller had not yet accepted my offer but the system sat the points aside for my bid - fooling me into thinking I had the card. Now I know. I appreciate it.
