Secret missions?

I've completed every mission set on my list, 288 total, but when I go to Universe>Managers and Rankings and sort all players by missions completed, about 10 people show 289-291 missions completed.

What and where are missions 289, 290 and 291?

I think that was due to people trying to complete missions on nights where the servers got borked and were overloaded on some Thursday nights in the past few months, so the game may have double-counted missions by accident in the system because of it. However, to my knowledge, no double rewards were given out by these double-countings.
