Missing Player Card I Just Purchased
Last night, when last season had ended but the new season had not yet started, I made a card purchase in the Card Shop of an old pitcher named Red Ames, a Perfect Player. I saw him in my rotation and on my roster last night before going to bed. I just fired up the new season to see how he had done, and he is missing from my roster! Strangely, if I google his name it says he isn't found anywhere, which is more alarming. Any suggestions on how to try to find him? I ran the AI to set up the roster (and of course with his 100 he would be on the current roster). I'm just hoping he's stuck somewhere and not getting submitted. Or if my settings changed without my having changed them (happens on the all time on my phone).
My Transaction History gives me confirmation and shows my 53000 PPs missing from my account! I have a screenshot but don't think I can post that here. (Yeah, I overpaid, but I had my reasons.) He must be here SOMEWHERE. I'm worried this happened because it was right around the changeover time from last year to this year and didn't get carried over. Can I ask OOTP or Marcus to get my 53,000 PPs back, at least? I'm sure Red Ames would have sucked like everyone else seems to do.
