Cannot find bought player card

I put a buy bid on a player and someone sold me the card.

When I go in the shop the card name shows in green and it says I own the card.

The card is not showing up in my active roster, my reserves or Player List with filter set to "Entire Organization"

Is there another place to look?

Inactive Roster, no filters.

Have you checked in the "Manage Cards" screen (top right button in the Roster Management menu) with all the filters off? That's a different screen than the Player List. The card should be there.

I didn't realize non-activated players would not show up in the "Entire Organization" list.
